Donn brings almost 40 years of experience to the branding and messaging needs of our clients.  He was an executive at WPEC CBS 12 for 20 years and his service there covered almost all aspects of the station’s operations, including serving as station manager for four years.  Prior to joining WPEC, he spent 17 years in the advertising and public relations business in Palm Beach County where he represented a wide variety of clients in the real estate, financial, medical, industrial, media, political, sports and civic fields.

Laura brings 35 years of marketing, communications, community relations and non-profit experience to Charlotte Pelton & Associates, Inc.  She spent 22 years at The Palm Beach Post (1987-2009), 10 years as marketing director.  In her last two years at The Post, Laura added management of the community relations team to her marketing responsibilities, directing The Post’s sponsorship of 170+ events yearly held by more than 130 local non-profit organizations and municipalities.

Nanette has over thirty years of experience in the high-end retail and non-profit management fields. Her expertise includes strategic planning; marketing and community relations; fund raising and development; recruitment and training programs.  An outdoorswoman, she is an avid kayaker and enjoys, gardening, cooking and traveling. Nanette and her daughter, who is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University, live in Palm Beach Gardens.

She was most recently president of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center Foundation (Juno Beach, Florida),a non-profit sea turtle hospital responsible for all aspects of fund raising, marketing and communications. Nanette designed and successfully managed a $6 million capital campaign for construction of a new 12,000 sq. foot Loggerhead Marinelife Center campus and lead the organization through the campaign, construction and relocation to a new, greatly expanded facility.

Mary has over 16 years of professional experience in the successful management of capital campaign, annual campaigns, corporate and foundation relations as well as marketing and communications strategies.  Her role at CP&A includes client development, strategic planning, capital campaigns, marketing, board development, special event expertise and grant writing.

Russ’ radio broadcasting career spans 30 years and two coasts with management and performance positions in San Francisco, Dallas, Orlando, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Russ has managed million dollar plus marketing and promotional budgets as well as ad campaigns in multiple major markets. As a former small business owner, he understands the need for economy without sacrificing quality or risking perception.

Bonnie is a development and fundraising professional with over 18 years of experience in New York and South Florida.  She began her career at a Wall Street money center bank where she advanced to vice president with corporate account responsibilities.  Working with Fortune 500 companies she furthered her business development and marketing skills, while at the same time she was drawn to philanthropy and nonprofit work in her community.

Judy has 25 years of development and fundraising experience, much of it in establishing and growing charitable foundations.  As president and CEO of the Community Foundation for the Capital Region in Albany, NY, Judy grew the foundation’s endowment from $700 thousand to $32 million.  Since relocating to Palm Beach, Judy has worked to facilitate more effective philanthropy through expanding existing programs and leadership development efforts.

Amanda maintains the CP&A finances and supports the company in various research and administrative capacities.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with a B.A. in International Development Studies.
