Strategic planning

Founded in 1902, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is one of the oldest and largest membership organizations for women, representing 26 sorority groups.  Its members are represented in 2,986 chapters on 655 college campuses and in 4,500 local alumnae chapters in the U.S. and Canada.  NPC provides support and guidance for its member national and international sororities and women’s fraternities and serves as the national voice on contemporary issues of sorority life.

Charlotte and her team were hired by NPC to facilitate and develop a comprehensive strategic plan.  As adopted, the plan addresses critical issues to successfully propel NPC into the 21st century as a strong and thoughtfully directed organization that serves its members well.
